Lumbini Festival is held in glory of Buddhist Heritage of Andhra Pradesh. It is a three day festival celebrated from 2nd Friday of December each year.

The venue of the festival is at Nagarjuna Sagar dam in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in India.

Lumbini is the birth place of Lord Buddha and the festival commemorates Lord Gautam Buddha and his teachings.
