Mexican Fiesta was originated to help and promote the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation and to raise funds for the higher education of Hispanic students in Wisconsin as well as to preserve their culture. Many Mexican Fiestas are held annually in the United States.
The term “Fiesta” is a Spanish word meaning festival or holiday that is held on any number of civic or religious holidays. The fiestas offer music, traditional Mexican food and dance. The three days fiesta is full of fun, food and entertainment. It encourages youth to pursue education.
