The Great American Beer Festival was started in 1982 by Charlie Papazian in Boulder, Colorado for the beer lovers to enjoy variety of beers. The festival falls on 16th to 18th September annually in Denver, Colorado in America.

This festival is the largest beer festival and is hosted by Brewers Association. It is a family festival where one can enjoy beer, food, music and have fun. It is the largest beer judging competition where more than 2000 different American beers are sampled to the visitors.
