The 9th Street Italian Market Festival is celebrated for food lovers. It is held for two days in the third weekend of May in the heart of South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States. With an Italian style it celebrates food, music, community and culture. The festival commences with the great sights, aromas and sounds of America’s oldest open-air market.
The festival is primarily for food lovers where one can see a display of antipasto salads, an infinite array of pastries, cheeses, cured meats, famous mango roses, fresh sausage and peppers, roast pork sandwiches, and much more.
