The Hamir Utsav is celebrated to glorify and adore Hamirpur district’s existence. It is observed each year during the first week of November in the district Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh in India.

By performing traditional folk dances and music the people celebrated this festival. They wear traditional dresses of Himachal Pradesh. The cultural programs such as Jheras and Jatras are organized that depicts the folk culture of the people of Himachal Pradesh.
